It's time for part two of my Christmas Gift Guide (check out other instalments here) and today I'm bringing you stocking-fillers and gift sets that come in at under £30! I created this post in collaboration with Cosmetify, which is a price comparison site for beauty products, so you never have to overspend on the stuff you always repurchase. Plus you can save on your Christmas shopping by using this site, as opposed to trawling through Feel Unique then Look Fantastic then Cult Beauty and beyond in search of the best deal! I've listed the RRPs below but click through to see what you could save. You can also set price alerts so you're notified when the product you're after is on offer and Cosmetify automatically prioritises the site with free shipping if the price is otherwise the same. Let's dive into my gift picks...
First up, let's talk about Floral Street. This brand creates beautifully-packaged floral-themed fragrances at really reasonable prices. For Christmas they've launched both the Floral Street Wild Vanilla Orchid 10ml Eau de Parfum Bauble* | £24 | and the 10ml Eau de Parfums in Electric Rhubarb, Iris Goddess and Chyhre Sublime* | £24 each | which make great stocking-fillers. Although they're all floral-scented, each of the fragrances in their line is so unique in its own right. The Wild Vanilla Orchid is a beautiful, softer take on floral scents with notes that include vanilla bean, vanilla bloom, patchouli, bamboo and sandalwood. Electric Rhubarb is far fresher and fruitier, with rhubarb, sandalwood and frangipani. Iris Goddess is definitely deeper and headier with notes such as black vanilla, musk, red berries and iris. Finally there's Chyhre Sublime with woody notes, damask rose and patchuoli. I think the Wild Vanilla Orchid has to be my personal favourite!
Next we have an affordable tester kit for the dry-skinner person in your life; the Dr Jart + Ceramidin 3-Step Discovery Set | £12. I'm a huge fan of the Ceramidin Cream (which I reviewed here) - it gets me through the colder months without being overly rich or heavy. This little set not only gives you a generous sample of that moisturiser, but you get to try their serum and hydrating milky toner. It's a great way for skincare fanatics to discover products from a more expensive brand without you having to break the bank.
Caudalie is one of my favourite skincare brands and they do great value sets around this time of year. I pretty much get the Caudalie Luxury Hand Cream Trio Gift Set* | £12 | every single year! It's just the best hand cream formula ever; hydrating and softening as well as lightweight and non-greasy. This gives you a mini of all three scents - the original grape fragrance, one with a rose blend added in and one with a tea scent. They also have this cute little Vinosource Hydration Minis Cracker* | £10 | full of their hydrating skincare favourites (formulated with their famous grape water) to try, which is perfect for the cold weather! The serum is probably my all-time favourite product from Caudalie (I reviewed it here) and the moisturiser is also lovely (review here). The micellar water isn't one I've ever had a full-sized bottle of but it's really handy when you're travelling to get off a good layer of your makeup before cleansing the skin in the evening.
I really love sleep-related products to help me relax and those by Feather and Down are brilliant because they're so affordable. If you know someone who struggles to get a good night's sleep, you could treat them to either the Feather & Down Sweet Dreams Limited Edition Pillow Spray* | £12.50 | or the Feather & Down Bathtime Bliss Gift Set* | £10. The products all have their signature soothing chamomile and lavender scent with the ornament gift coming with a supersized version of the relaxing pillow mist and the bath set coming with minis of an essence to add to bath water, a nourishing shower cream, a pillow mist and a body lotion, to sample a bit of everything from the range.
The Neom Happy Vibes Gift Set | £20 | is the perfect way to give someone a taster of a luxury fragrance and body brand for a stocking-filler-friendly price. I picked this up as a gift for someone in my family, so haven't tried the set myself, however the Happiness candle is my favourite from the range and in this set you get a hand and body wash, body oil and hand balm in this scent. It's woody with lemon and neroli to create a bright, uplifting fragrance.
As a gift, I also picked up the Nuxe Christmas Cracker Gift Set | £10.50 | which I've tried a few things from before! The moisturiser (Multi-Correction Gel Cream) isn't something I've used - it's aimed towards normal / combination skin to make your complexion more radiant. The Purifying Insta Mask is something I've wanted to try from them - a deep-cleansing clay mask. Finally, you get two versions of one of my all-time favourite products; the multi-use dry oil. It's so nourishing and amazing on dry body skin but doesn't have a greasy feel. This set contains minis of the shimmery edition (perfect for tanned summer legs) and the floral fragrance (which smells divine!)
Whilst they've gone up rather a lot in price, I do still think the Lush 100g Shower Gels | £7 each | make great stocking-fillers. The Yog Nog scent is delicious and the formula incredibly nourishing. It's formulated with clove oil, ylang ylang oil, cocoa butter and oat kernel oil. The result is a sweet, warming scent and a moisturising body wash.
For affordable gift sets with full-sized products (as well as cute mini options) Sanctuary Spa is a great place to start. I have the Sanctuary Spa Shower Allsorts* | £14 | and the Sanctuary Spa Butter Me Up* | £4. The All Sorts set comes with two full-sized products and one mini. The mini body lotion is so lightweight but nourishing, formulated with aloe and argan. The body wash is formulated with jojoba and essential oils, so doesn't strip the skin and has this lovely aromatic scent. The scrub has a similar fragrance with fine pumice in there to gently exfoliate away dead skin cells. The body butter is also gorgeous! It has a lovely whipped texture and is amazing for softening dry winter skin with cocoa and shea butters.
Another cute little stocking-filler is the Spongelle Honey Blossom Hand Cream* | £13.50. This smells amazing and comes in such beautiful, festive packaging. The formula isn't too heavy or greasy but really moisturises my hands and the scent stays around a good while. The hand cream contains hyaluronic acid, shea butter, macadamia oil and argan oil and there's pretty much a scent in this range for everyone.
I'm pretty sure I featured one of these palettes in my stocking-filler guide last year, but this is a new mini-collection from the brand. The Huda Beauty Nude Obsessions Palette in Medium | £27 | review coming soon | is a beautiful selection of eyeshadows that's travel-friendly and comes in functional-but-beautiful packaging. The quality is incredible and this range offers a selection of pink-hued nude eyeshadows for Light, Medium and Tan skin tones.
If you want to do something a little different then try the Look Fantastic Christmas Crackers* | £30. I think this is a great idea if you - like me - come from a family of beauty-lovers; you can pick up this box and add one or two crackers to everyone's stocking as a little treat. These crackers contain a mixture of makeup, skincare and body minis from the likes of Illamasqua, Aromatherapy Associates, Elemis and more!
I also have an affordable candle option in the mix. I love my candles and it can be difficult to find soy formulas that still have amazing throw, but this brand really is great! You can find Nest Candle Co Candles | £15 | on Etsy and there are a range of seasonal and permanent scents available. I currently have Soleil (bergamot, coconut, vanilla, almond, orange and amber) and Fireplace (eucalyptus, spice, clove, magnolia, cedarwood, vanilla and musk).
Finally, my favourite place to find affordable, pretty, high-quality jewellery is Seol Gold | pieces from £9.95. I absolutely love their pretty, dainty stud earrings and also wear one of their hoops in the piercing I have at the top of my ear. There's so much choice, I've never had any issues with their jewellery and it gives you that 'Mejuri' vibe for a fraction of the cost.
Have you done much Christmas shopping yet? Have any of these products caught your eye?
