Some needs to confiscate my debit card because I just can't resist a good special offer! Saying that, I picked up everything in this haul for £32-something.
Real Techniques
So first off I picked up 2 Real Techniques brushes. I had been considering getting the Core Collection is £14.69 on Look Fantastic right now, however I saw this in the flesh and a few of the brushes were smaller than expected and some of them I just didn't need. So I got the Stippling Brush (£11.99 full price) and Expert Face Brush (£9.99 full price) on the buy-one-get-one-half-price deal (still running as of when I posted this!)
Collection
I decided to bite the bullet and try out a budget concealer. It was between Rimmel Wake Me Up and Collection Lasting Perfection (£4.19), but the darkest shade in the Rimmel was faaaar too light. The Collection one (which I got in 4 Dark) is a little light but not completely unworkable. I'll let you know how I get on, but the poor shade selection reminds me why I tend to splurge on concealers! As you can see, and as I didn't notice in the shop, some of the product has also spilled out of the side - not good!
Nivea
Not the most exciting of purchases, but this Cashmere Moments Cream Shower Oil is on offer for £1 at Boots and I really like it! So creamy and lathery and moisturisng.
Revlon
This was just toooo good an offer to miss out on! I was after an every day mascara after being completely unimpressed with Maybelline Great Lashes. The Revlon Photoready 3D Volume Mascara is £10.99 alone, however it's in the 2 for £10 offer! So I got a third Colourburst Lip Butter in Sugar Plum (£7.99 full price) and got it for less than free!
Have you tried Real Techniques brushes? Do you think I picked some good ones?
