Christmas Comes Early | The Beauty Gift Guide

Yep: it's that time of year! Christmas is almost upon us and whether you're looking for something to put on your Christmas list or you're a very perplexed boyfriend who stumbled across this post by chance: I have beauty gift ideas, no matter what your budget.

 £15 or less

Mandara Spa Indulgent Bathing Rock* | £3 | Mandara Spa is definitely one of my absolute favourite affordable bath and body brands (yet it's somehow still so underrated!) so you'll be seeing a lot of their products in this post. This is a cute little Christmas tree decoration that contains a bath rock inside that you can pop into a tub of warm water for a nice, relaxing soak. This is a great little stocking-filler for someone who loves their 'me time'.

Mandara Spa Honeymilk Dream Mini Luxuries* | £8.50 | This is really good value for money because you get the bath milk, body lotion, shower cream and hand cream. Although they're obviously minis, I'd still say they're a pretty good size and I love the scent. They have a light creamy, honey, slightly nutty scent that I think so many people will love and the ingredients really nourish the skin, which is perfect for this cold weather.

Mandara Spa Honeymilk Dream Body Luxuries Gift Set* | £12 | This is if you want to upgrade slightly from the mini version - you still get the shower cream and bath milk but you have a much larger size of the body cream as well as a shower puff and a re-useable toiletry bag to hold it all in.

Pai Instant Radiance Collection* | £14 | I'm actually going to do a full review of all the Pai products in this post once I've given them a proper go, however this is a fantastic little introductory set. You get a mini rollerball version of the much-hyped Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil and a little Kukui and Jojoba Skin Brightening Exfoliator. They're pretty much the perfect size to trial the products and the price-point is really great for two high-end skincare products. I can't wait to try the oil out properly but even from a couple of uses, my skin is looking brighter, healthier and more hydrated, plus the rollerball is a really good idea for when you're travelling. The exfoliant has natural particles that buff away dead skin and the formula itself is actually quite nourishing as opposed to stripping the skin.

Philosophy Snow Angel Shower Gel and Bubble Bath* | £14.50 | Philosophy bubble bath and shower gels are pretty much a Christmas tradition in my family! I seem to get one of these in my stocking every year and they're just the nicest, most luxurious shower gels and when used in your bath they produce serious bubbles. Snow Angel is hard to describe; it's almost like a frosty-sweet scent and for extra festive-ness the formula itself is glittery.

Woods of Windsor Collection* | £6.99 - £17.99 | If there's someone in your life who is a paid-up National Trust member but also loves beauty and fragrance then I think this range is the perfect gift! Firstly there's the lovely heritage packaging and then there's also the fact that the fragrances chosen for the collection are very classic. Here I have the Blue Orchid and Water Lily shower gel (I love the light, natural scent), the floral White Jasmine hand wash (which is formulated to be extra-moisturising), a set of 3 Lavender Luxury Soap bars (I find this scent so relaxing), the Lily of the Valley Nourishing Hand Cream (which is hydrating without being greasy and has a subtle floral scent), a rose-scented powder perfume, Pomegranate and Hibiscus eau de toilette (this fruity scent is by far my favourite from the collection) and finally the Bergamot and Neroli Drawer Liners (this is an understated but intriguing and different fragrance). None of the scents are too overpowering and the price-point makes these comfortable stocking-fillers.

Under £45

Soap & Glory Foam and For-tune Set* | £16 | It isn't Christmas without a bit of Soap and Glory! This is a perfect gift for anyone who travels a lot or who you think will enjoy sampling lots of different scents and products. This comes in the most fantastic packaging which you can re-use and it even sings 'Deck the Halls with Soap and Glory' - I kid you not! You get three minis from the Sugar Crush range which reminds me of the scent of mojitos - sweet but also sour and citric - which are the Body Butter Cream (I really like this one as it's very lightweight), the Body Scrub (one of my all-time favourites) and Body Wash. You get a shower puff alongside the Scrub of Your Life Body Buffer. Finally there are two products from the Original Pink Collection - the legendary Righteous Butter and the Clean on Me Shower Cream.

Zoeva Cocoa Blend Eyeshadow Palette | £18 | review | I actually really wanted to feature the new Caramel Melange palette in this post but my delivery saga continues now 3 weeks on from my original order... However, if you know someone who doesn't have the Cocoa Blend palette and they love warm eyeshadows, then this is perfect! The tones are so Christmassy to me as well. You can also get a set of all three of the chocolate-inspired palettes here (£48). However I also think this is the perfect gift because sometimes when you spend £30-45 on a single eyeshadow palette, that becomes someone's entire present but this way you can still get some stocking fillers.

Soap & Glory Pink Pamper Set* | £18 | It's another one from Soap and Glory - packed with even more amazing minis. You get all of it in a re-useable zipped bag (for your extra £2) and you also get the shower puff with this set. There's the Original Pink Righteous Butter, Clean on Me and Hand Food (which my handbag is never without, as it's hydrating but not at all greasy). There's also a Scrub of Your Life in here and you also get Heel Genius (a really great lotion for smooth and soft feet) plus the Vitamin C Facial Wash (although this is a gel formula, it isn't at all stripping on the skin).

Rosie for Autograph Nail Colour Collection Set* | £20 | This is such a beautiful set for the nail polish addict in your life. You get 6 small nail polishes with lovely copper-toned tops in a range of shades (two metallic and the other four are glitter-free shine-finishes). There's a Christmassy silver shade, two nudes (one of them a metallic silvery-pink) and three brighter tones, however they're all very wearable. I haven't tried all of these but so far, I like the formula. I'd say the nude shades need two coats but they last a good 3-4 days of wear for me.

Fragrance By Me* | from £20 | review | Be sure to check out my full review for the process of creating this product. But essentially this is a customised scent that you create yourself based on your favourite fragrances. I think this would make a really thoughtful gift if you can sneak a look at your loved one's go-to fragrances.

MAC Nutcracker Sweet Copper Cheek Compact | £29 | This is the beauty release everyone seems to be talking about! I'll be reviewing it very soon but I can say now that it's well worth the hype. It's part of the Limited Edition Nutcracker collection and is perfect for any beauty-lover. There are two shades in this and the Sweet Copper version contains Whisper of Gilt - a true gold highlighting shade - and Pleasure Mode - a nude biscuit-toned matte blusher.

Institut Esthederm Christmas Bauble* | £29 | This is a set I'm really excited about so will be reviewing for you in full. Institut Esthederm is a sister company of Bioderma, though it's a little more premium, and this bauble gives you (or another skincare-lover in your life) the opportunity to try a few of the products before investing. You get the Cellular Water Spray (which is really nice and refreshing), the Gentle Deep Pore Cleanser (a hydrating but not overly-rich cream formula), the Lightening Buffing Mask and Eye Contour Lift Patches. If you head over to my Instagram you can be in with the chance of winning one of these baubles and, if you fancy it, you can also get 20% off this or any other Institut Esthederm product on the Portmans Online website with the code JASMINE.

Philosophy Amazing Grace Spray Fragrance* | £33 | I actually already have this but it was so special to receive a ballet-themed version (I love the ballet, especially at Christmas) with my name on it! It's a very clean, classic but feminine scent. It's very soft and floral but what I love about it is that it never feels dated.

Pai Everyday Hero Collection* | £38 | If you want to go one step further from the smaller set, for someone who loves skincare or who you just know would appreciate you making a bit of an investment for them, then this is perfect. It's again really good value because you get the full-sized oil in this set, which is £22 on its own so for just £16 extra you're getting all of these other amazing products. There's a special face cloth for sensitive skin, as well as a cleanser and day cream. I haven't had a chance to try the Chamomile and Rosehip Calming Day Cream yet but it definitely feels very nourishing. Then there's a nice, big bottle of Camellia & Rose Gentle Hydrating Cleanser, which has a cream formula that's perfect for dry, winter skin (as well as smelling amazing).

£70 +

Magnitone Barefaced Precious Collection Gold Facial Brush* | £70 | I will actually be giving this one a proper review very soon too, however I think this is a great gift because it's a little bit of a luxury item but the sort of investment that's worth making. I actually prefer this to the Clarisonic and it's quite a bit cheaper and more stylish in appearance. I honestly thought I wouldn't be into this but it completely changed my mind on these kinds of cleansing brushes. If you know someone who's into beauty and likes to take care of their skin then they'll thank you for buying them this!

Zoeva Rose Gold Volume 3 Luxury Brush Set* | £75 | review | Every year Zoeva bring out a new rose gold set and the entire blogging community hits the 'Add to Wish List' button! Seriously, though, I love love love Zoeva makeup brushes - I think they're excellent quality and these sets are amazing for makeup beginners wanting their first proper brushes. Not to mention the stunning rose gold finish and the pouch they come in, which I use all the time.

GHD V Gold Copper Luxe Professional Styler | £135 | This was actually an early Christmas present from my mum (accidental-leaving-straighteners-somwhere drama) however I totally recommend these if you know someone (or you are someone) whose straighteners are getting a bit old and are starting to drag. I love the rose gold and copper finish and you just can't go wrong with GHDs - this size is perfect for straightening if you have fine-to-medium hair as well as adding curls or waves. You get a heat-proof travel pouch and even a matching rose gold nail polish from Nails Inc.

What's on your beauty wish list for Christmas?
