Bath & Body Bargain! // Dolly's Mixtures Shower Gels

This was love at first sniff, and the fact that they're just £1 each at the moment just makes me even happier with my purchases. I picked up Red Velvet Cupcake, Vanilla Cupcake, Rhubarb & Custard and Lemon Bon Bon. I think Red Velvet is my favourite, closely followed by Vanilla Cupcake, but they're all amazing!

I have to admit that I saw the cute little bottle in my bathroom and had to sneak a bit (sorry, Mum)! I pretty much always do my grocery shopping online or quickly pop into M&S, so I hadn't come across these in ASDA before. The range has shower gels flavoured after different cupcakes, cocktails and sweets and I'm sort of wishing I'd got more...

I do like a bit of Lush and Philosophy at this time of year but spending £10+ on a shower gel is never going to feel very good! I think if you love the Snow Fairy shower gel you will love this range. It's usually priced at £2 per bottle, which is still less than it costs me to pop into town! The only thing I'd say is that the formula is a tiny bit runny so I tend to go through these really quickly, but at that price you can just stock up. Another positive is that they do not test on animals.

I seriously rate these and I hope that the line is expanded (bath bombs and soaps please!) You can get them on the ASDA groceries site but 'Dolly's Mixtures' isn't in the title of the products so you'll have to go through all the shower gels they have. If you can; pop in-store. I can't wait to get my hands on the other flavours!

  10. I'm sure I saw these in Tesco... or maybe Tesco have their own, too. Looks like the supermarket's answer to Soap and Glory, maybe? I wonder how they match up!
