It's once again time to talk about spring-related beauty! The skincare I'm using, the makeup I'm wearing and the body and fragrance products that are taking me into the new season...

In terms of cleansers, a product I seem to go back to every spring / summer is the Fresh Soy Face Cleanser* | £32 | full review. This is such a great hydrating, non-stripping, lightweight cleanser for the warmer months. It's non-foaming but effective, yet still gentle. It's formulated with moisturising oils like borage seed, sunflower seed and soybean, amino acids to hydrate and replenish and refreshing cucumber extract and rose flower water. A brand new product to me this spring is the Peach & Lily Glass Skin Veil Mist* | $31. I'm pretty fussy when it comes to face mists; so many evaporate off into the aether and leave my skin more dehydrated than it was to being with. This mist somehow combines being super-fine with providing lasting hydration and glow. It's formulated with cucumber water for its hydrating and antioxidant benefits, soothing cica, reishi mushroom (rich in calming, hydrating Beta-glucans), ceramides to boost the skin barrier, aloe to calm things down, licorice extract (which is great for discolouration) and Vitamin E to protect against free radical damage. It's a great, fuss-free option that packs so much good stuff into one step, to provide both that immediate hydration, but also longer-term benefits.

A new entrant into my love list is Tatcha's the Dewy Skin Cream* | £65. This is a melting cream that has a lovely, hydrating base with glycerin (to pull water into the skin), squalane (to replenish lost oils in dry skin) and occlusives (to lock hydration in), making it perfectly-balanced. It's also packed with antioxidants and extracts rich in them, to protect your skin and work alongside your sunscreen during the day. I personally love how fresh, dewy and healthy it leaves my skin looking! Of course no, AM routine is complete without sunscreen and I'm currently loving the Klairs All-Day Airy Sunscreen SPF 50+ PA++++* | £21 | demo. It's a lightweight, water-based lotion that melts right into my skin without leaving behind any white cast. It's breathable, non-greasy but still super hydrating and it's perfect for everyday use and doesn't irritate my eyes or pill under my makeup.

When it comes to makeup, I'm all about the effortless glowing skin look for spring. My go-to complexion product is the Trinny London BFF De-Stress Tinted Serum* (Leslie) | £39 | demo. This is my kind of complexion product; it's lightweight, hydrating and really doesn't feel like I'm wearing much makeup at all. It's flattering, it doesn't break up on my skin throughout the day and it doesn't sink into fine lines. It just evens everything out nicely whilst looking like my natural skin. There's not much more I could ask for!

I have two cheek recommendations for my spring edit, and the first is the Rare Beauty Positive Light Liquid Luminiser in Outshine | £24 | demo. This is a stunning creamy-liquid highlighter with a glitter-free soft, pearly sheen that still packs a dewy punch. You can mix a little in with your foundation or moisturiser for an all-over glow or apply it over the top and blend with a synthetic brush for a true highlight. My personal shade of choice is Outshine, a warm light gold without a hint of that metallic silver that so many liquid highlighters disappear into! I like to use this alongside the Refy Cream Blush in Citrine | £14 | demo. I love this cream blush formula; it's pigmented but not too much, creamy and easy-to-blend but doesn't apply patchily or wear unevenly throughout the day. The shade Citrine is a gorgeous peachy tone that's perfect for springtime.

An easy eye option I reach for all the time at the moment is the Charlotte Tilbury Eyes to Mesmerise in Amber Gold | £26 | demo. I like to take a tapered brush and build the colour gradually over my eyelid and across my bottom lash line to create a long-wearing, one-step cream shadow look. It's dimensional, it's a beautiful formula that's wearable and not too glitzy, plus I love this warm gold tone. For the lips, I reach for the Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm in Vanilla Beige | £23 | demo. This is probably my all-time favourite lip balm, and I love that it comes in these different tints. Vanilla Beige offers a moisturising, glossy, surprisingly pigmented wash of warm rosy-nude.

I'm such a gourmand scent girl, which isn't a natural fit for the spring months, but the Kayali Yum Pistachio Gelato Eau de Parfum Intense* | £83 | toes that line perfectly. It has that sweet 'yumminess' to it but has a light, fluffy quality to it as well, and marinades beautifully on the skin during the day. Its notes include marshmallow, pistachio gelato, candyfloss, whipped cream and sweet rum. 'Yum' indeed!

A spring-appropriate body moisturiser that still works for my dry skin is the Malin + Goetz Vitamin B5 Body Lotion* | £32. This is a light lotion that melts into the skin with minimal work and has a pump for quick and easy application. It has a light citrus scent and is packed full of amazing skincare ingredients like replenishing fatty acids, soothing and hydrating panthenol and nourishing avocado and grape seed oils.
