Today I'm talking through my favourite products from Fresh Beauty. How haven't I done this before? They're a favourite brand of mine and I've used their products for years! Let's get into it...

First up, let's talk about the Fresh Soy Face Cleanser* | £36 (200ml) | which is a product that's stayed (in various packaging / size guises) in my collection for a good three years now. It's great as a hydrating morning cleanse but it can also remove makeup. I mean, it's not what I'd reach for if I was coming off stage in drag makeup, but for everyday stuff it works well. It's kind of a jelly formula; not a foaming gel but a light lather. It's formulated with moisturisers like soybean, castor and sunflower oils, cucumber extract and replenishing amino acids. It's refreshing, gives a thorough cleanse but isn't at all stripping, so my skin is left soft and hydrated. Another product I've used up before and recently got a new tub of is the Rose Face Mask* | £53. This is kind of a jelly-jam mask with real rose petals and both rose water and rose essential oil have great hydration and moisturising benefits (obviously it contains fragrance; all of these products do, so if you're dead against it then Fresh isn't for you!) There are other ingredients too like glycerin and hyaluronic acid, which draw water into the skin, castor oil for added moisture and your calming cucumber extract. This is one of my favourite quick, non-active skin boosters because it leaves my skin so soft, smooth, plump and hydrated.

Next let's talk about a product I've used in the past but recently got a new bottle of and really fell for it hard: the Black Tea Kombucha Facial Treatment Essence* | £62. This is thicker than a toner but lighter than a serum; I just splash it into my hands then pat it into my skin. It's so hydrating, plumping and gives my skin this healthy glow. It's formulated with a high percentage of fermented ingredients and it's believed this process helps boost the antioxidant benefits of ingredients like the black tea, helping to protect the skin against free radical damage. We also have some lovely humectants and I really like how it holds the hydration into my skin so I really see the benefits of these ingredients.

Then we have two options for serums. The first is the Vitamin Nectar Antioxidant Face Serum* | £26. I love that this is called a 'glow juice' because I couldn't have described it better myself! It contains microbubbles crammed with fruit extracts, rich in antioxidants, and moisturising plant oils. This isn't a treatment-based product with super-powerful l-ascorbic acid, but these ingredients are gentle and can be beneficial. This serum doesn't feel sticky on my skin but it locks in hydration, offers a healthy dose of antioxidant goodness and makes my skin glow. The other option is the Rose Deep Hydration Oil-Infused Serum* | £52. This is a dual-phase product so you give it a good shake to get the benefits of both the hydrating rosewater and glycerin but also the nourishing plant oils (such as squalane). This is definitely more a serum than an oil, so definitely not something I'd be scared to use during the daytime. It actually feels really refreshing as well as providing that locked-in hydration and making the skin radiate healthiness. I also have a moisturiser in the mix: the Lotus Youth Preserve Face Cream with Super 7 Complex* | £45. This has such a gorgeous texture; it feels lovely and light on the skin but still provides that really deep nourishment my tired, dehydrated skin craves! It's full of these gorgeous emollients, which is probably why this leaves my skin so silky smooth after use. We also have sources of antioxidant and nourishing, repairing Vitamin E and humectants. Overall, it's a gorgeous moisturiser for normal and dry skin types that works beautifully during the daytime for me.

Moving away from skincare, the first products I ever bought from Fresh - back when I had to go to their one physical shop in London to get their products - were their tinted lip treatments. I've loved, used up and repurchased several of these. My favourites are the Sugar Tinted Lip Treatments SPF 15 in Honey, Petal & Spice | £19.50 each. Your mileage may vary in terms of pigmentation when it comes to different shades, but these three are all surprisingly good in terms of payoff. They're super nourishing, you get a nice little bit of sunscreen protection for your lips and they're just so wearable. Honey is a very warm brown-toned nude on me, Petal a warm rosy nude and Spice a warm red-toned nude. I just love them and they're my go-to for everyday wear; I can just throw them on and go.

Moving into fragrance and body care, let's start with the Brown Sugar Body Polish* | £59. This is a total treat for lovers of a luxurious bathtime! This is a sugar body scrub that also has a nourishing base of essential oils so your skin never feels dry or stripped. It also smells unreal with their brown sugar scent that has this citric twist to it. I also really enjoy their Seaberry Nourishing Hand Cream* | £20. This feels absolutely gorgeous on my hands and I have super dry hands. This provides deep nourishment that lasts after several washes with zero greasiness! Last, but certainly not least, I love the Sugar Lychee Eau de Parfum | £41. This is a beautiful one for spring / summer with fresh notes of citrus, a dash of floral, the sweetness of the lychee and some warmer notes to balance everything out. It lasts really well on my skin and I'm really tempted by the body products in this scent....

I have two honourable mentions: it's too soon for me to call it a favourite but I recently started using the Sugar Strawberry Exfoliating Face Wash* | £27 | and really like that so far (it really isn't what I expected - it has an oil base and very gentle physical exfoliation so it's not at all harsh) and I also loved the eye gel* they used to do in their Lotus range but recently discovered it's been discontinued!

Have you tried Fresh? What are your favourites or what do you have your eye on?
