My Christmas Wish List!

My ultimate monthly wish list has arrived! Prepare for the Christmas wish list of a beauty junkie...

Image via: illamasqua.com

I've wanted this for a while so maybe I'll finally get it on the big day. I love cream eyeshadows and this is such a beautiful, rich brown colour - it feels so luxurious!

Image via: johnlewis.com

My grandparents had a tough time finding this for me as it seems to be out of stock everywhere - so get it whilst you can. I think this is such good value considering it's £19.50 for a single boxed blusher from Benefit. As someone who owns none of them individually this is the perfect little sampler set! The only disappointment is that one of their blusher shades is missing from the set and you get a highlighter instead, which is a bit odd...

I think I'm probably not going to get this but hey, maybe I'll buy it as a little present to myself! I've heard such good things about Zoeva's brushes and the Rose Gold edition is just beautiful to look at.

Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipsticks in Walk of Shame and Bond Girl (Selfridges, £22.50 each)

Images via: charlottetilbury.com

This is one (or two) I already know I have! Trying them in Selfridges, the matte formula is like nothing I've ever tried before! Walk of Shame is a red-berry shade (which I'm loving right now) and has a sort of stain effect. Bond Girl is a sophisticated brown nude. They look very similar in the bullet but they're different once swatched - I promise!

Rituals Sweet Sunrise Candle (£19.50, Marks and Spencer)

I discovered this a bit late to add it to my wish list properly but it would always be nice as a last-minute surprise if someone saw it. It's yummy but a clean, fresh fragrance at the same time.

Illamasqua Nail Polish in Melange (Selfridges, £14.50)

I love this shade and have been after it for a while but could never justify getting it. Hopefully this will turn up under the tree...

It's a little bit late to add this to my wish list as just about everyone has already picked something to get me it seems! However I definitely wouldn't be adverse to this blusher palette casually showing up under my Christmas tree! Virtual Dominance palette is included in my giveaway so enter here!

I've been lusting after this for soooo long, I'm really hoping to get it for Christmas as I can never justify such a price for a single item to buy myself. The colours are just so Christmassy too. This palette is also included in my giveaway, enter here!

I already know that my boyfriend has bought me this and I can't wait to use it - the bronzes and red-browns are just stunning! If you fancy winning one of these you can enter my giveaway here!

I thought hard and long about this but decided that going from a 'point and click' to a DSLR would've been a bit of a leap and I didn't have a clue where to start with models and lenses. A bridge camera seems the perfect happy medium, plus I'd rather use the set budget to buy a really good bridge camera than a low-end SLR. A big appeal to this one is the fact the LCD screen flips out - invaluable for blogging!

What's on your Christmas list? :)

  1. I would love to receive any of those gifts! My husband got the Too Faced palette for me and I already started using it as I couldn't wait till Christmas :) Now he needs to get me another thing, haha! I've also been thinking about the bridge camera, just like you said I don't have the skills for the DSLR cameras and time to learn all the tricks so something a bit easier would be perfect to start with. x

    1. I'm forcing myself to wait for the CT stuff - I can see it in the bag right now, tempting me haha. And yeah I think bridge cameras are the perfect 'in-between' xx

  5. Great list :D hope you get everything you wish for! I also have Charlotte Tilbury and Zoeva on my list amongst many more haha! The camera sounds like a really good one, mine is also not a proper DSLR as it's a mirrored camera (think that's what it's called) and it's perfect for my needs. Flip out screen is a life saviour for makeup looks! x

  7. Love the look of the Zoeva brushes. I realised a good majority of the stuff I've asked for is rose gold! x

  8. This looks like a great list! I have actually had my eye on any illamasqua product! Never been fortunate to own one, and I hope it changes in the near future. I love their pigments! And of course, a true beauty blogger would ask for a cheek-box and camera in the same breath. I love it! Haha! Hope you get all that you wished for.

  10. That NARS palette is like the perfect palette! I'm so glad they decided to make the laguna bronzer bigger than the others as with previous palettes I felt it was too small when most people seem to use it more than the blushers :-)!

  13. The Zoeva brushes are so gorgeous! I just tried to get the rose gold set but they sold out on where I wanted to buy them, so I just ordered a classic brush set from them instead. Its for a Christmas present for me aha, oh well at least I know one of them now and the person doesn't have to worry I won't like it! All the other items look so nice too! Hopefully you can get them all <3
