So, with Autumn fast-approaching (maybe a little faster in the UK than the rest of the Northern Hemisphere...), I've been stocking up on clothes and makeup to see me into the cooler months. Check out my purchases here...
Beauty
So, from MAC, I finally bought the much-hyped Diva Lipstick (£15.50). It's just like the sort of shades I used to wear all the time (by 'used to' I mean, like last winter!) so I thought I'd bring back my dark lip look this year. It's a Matte shade, which I'm also a fan of, but with it being winter I'll have to make sure my lips are fully exfoliated before I wear it!
I ordered my first ever Daniel Sandler Watercolour Fluid Blusher from Feel Unique (£14.50 full price). It was reduced and then there was a further 10% off, so I just couldn't resist, after lusting after these for so long. The shade I'd initially wanted, Gentle, was unfortunately out of stock so I ended up getting Spicy instead. It's a dark orange, so perfect for Autumn. I have to say I was amazed at how tiny the bottle was when it arrived! I know you only need to use a dot of it per cheek but still, I'm not sure I'd have paid full price for it. I'll let you know how I get on in my review.
From Sleek, I got the new Limited Edition i-Divine Eyeshadow Palette in Arabian Nights: Smoke and Shadows (£7.99). I've been trying to push myself out of my comfort-zone with eyeshadows and Sleek is the perfect brand for that! I think this palette will be amazing for Autumn/Winter and I can't wait to start getting creative with it.
Fashion
I've picked up 3 (admittedly quite similar) dresses, as I've realised dresses are just so much easier to throw on and get going. From New Look I got this Navy and Red Short Sleeve Check Tunic Dress (£19.99). I had to size up in it as it was a little short, but I love it! It's like a shift dress style. It takes some digging but New Look have some serious gems. From River Island I got this Black Textured Knit Long Sleeve Swing Dress (£32) and this Black Check Long Sleeve Swing Dress (£30). They're both definitely 3/4 length sleeves on me but I like them and they're comfortable. I'm not sure if the checked one is a little too shapeless, so I might team it with a waist belt.
Finally I got these Burgundy Patent Chunky Cut Out T-Bar Shoes (£19.99) from New Look, but I realised they have them in black online, so I'll probably get those instead. They're really cute but I do think black will go with more.
Body
Finally I bought this Shower Gel (£4) from the Body Shop's new Wild Argan Oil range. It smells amazing and it's so hydrating! I get such dry skin in the winter, so this should be a life-saver.
What will you be buying to prepare for Autumn?

The sleek palette looks so pretty! Are the colors very pigmented? (:
