Affordable Alternatives to Your Favourite Beauty Brands!

So this post is going to be a few of my favourite higher-end brands and some affordable brands I think are really similar, as well as some comparable products you can get for a fraction of the price!

If you like Benefit, you'll love Soap and Glory

Soap and Glory has a similar vintage tongue-in-cheek theme to it's body, skincare and makeup ranges to Benefit. I think they're Kick Ass Concealer (£10) is as good as Benefit's Boi-ing (£17.50) and Erase Paste (£20.50) products! They also have great eyebrow, lipgloss and eyeshadow products which are comparable to those Benefit produces, but are much more affordable.

If you like Nars, you'll love Sleek

Both of these brands feature sleek black packaging containing super-pigmented products, but whilst a Nars individual blusher will set you back £22.50, a Sleek one will only cost you £4.49 for almost twice the amount of product! The most well-known dupe of a Nars product Sleek have is their Rose Gold blusher, a dead ringer for Nars' Orgasm. Check out my full comparison of the two here.

If you like Urban Decay, you'll love Makeup Revolution

My full review is on the way, but I can tell you already I'm amazed at the quality and similarity of the Makeup Revolution Iconic eyeshadow palettes! They do exact shade by shade dupes of the £37 Urban Decay Naked palettes for just £4!

If you like Nails Inc., you'll love Models Own

If you're a nail polish junkie you'll probably know Nails Inc., however Models Own is a cheaper way to indulge your habit. Their Hypergel formula nail polish in Naked Glow costs just £5, against Nails Inc.'s equivalent shade, Gel Effect in Porchester Square, which comes in at £14.

If you like MAC, you'll love MUA

(Images via: maccosmetics.co.uk and muastore.co.uk)

I'm a newbie to MUA but the matte lipsticks of theirs I've tried so far are beautifully creamy, and they have several dupes of MAC lipsticks, most noticeably their £1 (!!!!) Lilac Belle is just like MAC's £15 Snob.

Have any of you tried these budget-friendly versions of pricey products? :)
