It's time for my 2014 favourites! Yay! I've decided to split it into: this post, Skincare, Face Products, Eye Products and Lip Products, so keep your eye out for the next instalments over the coming fortnight.
Lush Hot Toddy Shower Gel, £13 for large (sold out online, may still be in stores)
Hallelujah! My mum managed to track down a large bottle of this for me in the Lush sale. She got me a mini for Christmas and as soon as I used it I was in love, so I'm really pleased I now have a large. It has a gorgeous, rich, spiced fragrance that is perfect for winter. Snow Fairy has been a must-have for me for a few years now but I have a second one to add to my Lush Christmas wish list now!

Body Shop Glazed Apple Body Butter, £13 (sold out online, may still be in stores)
Glazed Apple is my favourite of the Body Shop's Christmas line and the Body Butters are some of my favourite Body Shop products; so this was always going to be a favourite! The formula is so rich and nourishing and the sweet-but-sour fragrance is really something different.

Another Body Shop pick is the Argan Oil Shower Gel. I can never quite describe the fragrance as it's so unique; it's a sort of sweet, Eastern scent. I definitely will be purchasing some more from this range in 2015 as I love the smell as well as how hydrating it is.
I was expecting pretty much nothing from this super-cheap hair product but it really surprised me. I honestly reached for it more than I did the fabled Moroccanoil Treatment! It works on wet or dry hair, hydrating and smoothing split ends.
The Bourjois Nail Polish Remover really was a revelation but it had one big flaw: you couldn't use it on your toes. Someone at Bourjois HQ must have heard our complaints because in 2014 they released a new and improved version for your toes too! As someone who's lazy with their nails and always in a rush; this is a must.

Another nail product I was doubtful would live up to it's claims, but let me tell you; this is a life-saver! This and the Bourjois are the only reasons I ever have time to do my nails! I just give them a spritz and they're dried in minutes; taking at least half the time they would usually.

Essie Nail Polish in Wicked, £7.99
My go-to evening nail colour for winter. I do find this chips surprisingly quickly, but I deal with it because the shade is just stunning. It's a really dark red-purple tone I think is perfect for a vampy evening look.

This was pretty much 'autumn' in a nail polish for me! The super-shiny mustard shade was perfect for the daytime.

Another one of the shiny-finish shades from Barry M; I love this pastel shade for any time of year.
